Thousands of people lost their homes when faulty construction
led to the devastating dam collapse of the Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy hydropower project
in southern Laos in July 2018. Now well over a year later, no one has been held
accountable and the victims have already waited too long for redress. The

As part of the campaign, people are urged to sign their names to a letter that will be sent directly to the project backers.
