June has been an eventful month for the environment. It began with World Environment Day, which saw millions of people come together online to declare that it's Time for Nature. We also celebrated World Oceans Day and the 75th anniversary of the United Nations – marking the institution’s history of environmental action. UNEP released four key reports and many web articles on pressing issues related to nature. For a deeper look, please peruse the stories and studies below.
