The Story of Stuff Project
It's Earth Week

As we approach Earth Day, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your continued support of The Story of Stuff Project, and to invite you to join us in making an even greater impact.

As you know, we’re dedicated to changing the way we all think about Stuff, so we can build a world focused on “better,” not “more.” We rely on the generosity of supporters like you to help fund our initiatives and make a real difference.

That's why I'm reaching out today to ask if you would consider becoming a recurring donor to The Story of Stuff Project. By making a monthly donation, you can help us to plan and implement long-term solutions, from our compelling media projects, to our ambitious policy goals for bottle deposit returns and the shift from single-use to refillables.

YES! I want to become

Recurring donations provide a reliable source of funding, which allows us to be more efficient and effective in our work. Even a small recurring donation can make a big difference. For example, just $10 per month can support our small team of producers, campaigners and engagement program developers in creating content that reaches millions, and deploying engagement campaigns that bring those viewers into the fight.

If you're interested in becoming a recurring donor, simply visit this donation page, and select “monthly” Donation Type. You can choose the amount, and your contribution will recur automatically each month.

Thank you again for your support of The Story of Stuff Project. Together, we’re creating a world that is “better,” not “more” for ourselves and for future generations.

With gratitude,

Smruti Aravind

Development Manager

p.s. Earth Day is big for us at Story of Stuff – for the past several years, we’ve timed some of our biggest releases, like The Story of Plastic, The World We Need, and Solving Plastic for this special day. This year is no different. Be sure to check out our latest: the Global Plastics Treaty explainer, featuring Amir Talai!
