Earlier this month, our sister organization, the United Nations Foundation,
held the Annual Leadership Awards Dinner in New York. Leaders from all
walks of life joined our Founder and Chairman Ted Turner and UN Foundation
President Timothy E. Wirth to salute leaders from diverse backgrounds -
from the entertainment industry, to the corporate sector, and government -
for their innovative work with the UN to develop fresh solutions for
