19 марта 2013 года сотрудники «Беллона» воочию убедились, как начало
работать новое законодательство об НКО в России после его принятия в
прошлом году. Без предупреждения утром в офис пришла группа проверяющих,
состоящая из представителей прокуратуры, МЧС (противопожарной службы) и
Роспотребнадзора.
