Subject: Final information for participants: 2nd International Conference
on Fossil Fuel Supply and Climate Policy, Oxford, 24-25 September
Dear conference participants,
We look forward to welcoming you next Monday (24 Sep) to the 2nd International Conference on Fossil Fuel Supply and Climate Change Policy at The Queens College, Oxford. The final conference programme is now online at http://fossilfuelsandclimate.org/conference-programme/, along with panel descriptions, abstracts, and bios.
Registration opens at 8am. With a rich and full programme in store, we’ll start promptly at 9am. We ask that you arrive at least a few minutes early, due to the limited seating and layout of the auditorium. You can find information on how to get to Queens College here.
Please be aware that all sessions will be filmed to ensure the conference is accessible to a wide audience. Sessions held in the Shulman Auditorium will be livestreamed, and recordings from Memorial Room sessions will be uploaded online after the close of the conference. The livestream will be available here: https://www.sei.org/events/fossil-fuel-supply-climate-policy/.
All food served at the conference will be vegetarian. We have informed Queen’s College staff of any further dietary requirements based on your conference registration form. If you are not planning to attend the Monday evening dinner, please let us know by Thursday COB, at 2018...@sei.org, so we can plan numbers accordingly.
Please contact us at 2018...@sei.org if you have any questions.
With best wishes,
Michael Lazarus and Harro van Asselt
