Humans aren’t the only ones affected by the climate crisis.
Here’s how to keep your pets safe in our warming world.

We know the many unofficial national "holidays"
and awareness months that keep cropping up can
seem excessive. Do we really need a National Hug
Your Cat Day? (Actually, we kind of like that one.
But we think you get the idea.) |
Pet Preparedness Month, however, is a truly
important one. |
The climate crisis is already affecting our pets,
putting them at higher risk of vector-borne
diseases like heartworm and Lyme disease, heat
stress, injury during natural disasters like
floods, and so much more. |
Luckily, with a little planning, there’s plenty of care you can give to
help your pets stay safe in our warming world and
live a long and healthy life.

In our newest free e-book, we discuss
some of the most-pressing concerns many household
pets face and highlight ways you can take action
now to protect the health of your furry family
members. |
We hope you find it helpful! |
