This Friday, June 4, is World Environment Day, and given the deep pain of the past year, it’s a good time to revisit how we can move forward to restore our communities, our ecosystems, and our climate.
So we’re inviting you to tune in for the World Environment Day Concert, a special online concert about the world we can build together. Join musicians, artists, grassroots activists, policy makers and thought leaders who are driving forward powerful change!
Now more than ever, we need to make peace with nature. The virtual concert is a moment for us all to come together and reimagine the world in which we live, through inspiring music and discussions. Together, we can reflect on the new pathways we can forge together.
The concert will be live from 3pm EST (find your local time here), and you’ll be able to watch online wherever you are — so RSVP and invite your friends to join.
We all have the power to inspire action, and we hope that through this virtual celebration, people around the globe will discover ways in which they can step up and take action.
We cannot turn back time, but we can stop destructive investments, clean up our waterways, green our cities, invest in a renewable future and plant new seeds. We hope this concert will be a step in that direction.
