in Glasgow today. It's the perfect opportunity to ask why the US still hasn't
made good on his promise to jointly mobilise $100 billion for vulnerable nations
by 2020.This money is needed to save lives from coming climate disasters. Every
day it's delayed threatens more people, and risks derailing the global talks by
undermining trust in the process.Today President Obama will talk up the role of
young people mobilising for climate action. Avaaz is on the ground with
