We are on the brink of positive, impactful,
climate action. Together, we have the
opportunity to make history; to be the generation that
prioritizes justice for our communities through
pro-environment legislation.
The Green New Deal will invest in clean energy jobs
and infrastructure that will allow us to move away from
the unsustainable and incredibly harmful energy
practices that hurt our health and economy. We need this
groundbreaking policy that addresses the damage of
deadly disasters like wildfires and flooding, but also
the inequality that forces vulnerable communities to
live with toxic pollution and low wages.
Support
the first major climate legislation since 2009. Write to
your representative and insist they stand behind the
Green New Deal. 
Donald Trump continues to lie to the American people
about how climate change works and undermine critical
information like his own government’s federal climate
report, which highlights how dire the climate crisis
really is. He does this so he can protect those who
really matter to him — corporations.
Trump and the GOP will continue to poison our
communities, exploit our labor, and live happily in the
pockets of corporate polluters. Last November, we showed
them what our collective people power looks like by
electing the youngest and most diverse class of
progressive representatives in history. Now, we
need to make our voices heard again.
The Green New Deal will restore the Clean Air Act and
Clean Water Act, enrich the economy, and allow all
Americans to have healthy and prosperous lives with
smart investments and policies that match the scale and
urgency of the climate crisis.
Urge
your representative: Fight for the livelihoods of your
constituents and back the Green New Deal.
