I’m pleased to announce that the call for applications for this year’s Climate Change Media Partnership (CCMP) Fellowship program to the UNFCCC COP25 climate summit taking place in December in Santiago, Chile is now open. You can find details about who is eligible – it is basically open to all developing country journalists, but we expect at least half of the Fellows will come the Latin America and Caribbean region -- and how to apply on our new website at https://earthjournalism.net/opportunities/climate-change-media-partnership-2019-reporting-fellowships.
Our funding has been a little late in arriving this year, leading us to issue the call later than usual. This means we’ve also made a short deadline to receive applications, which are all due by Oct 13th. So if you’re interested in participating, please do get your applications in soon.
And even if you’re not interested or available, please do spread the word!
Thanks,
James
