Seems like a reasonable idea. Are the two versions compatible? We  
could keep the unmin'd version in git, alongside and unused, but there  
in case in the midst of development we ever needed to delve more  
deeply. It'd be there and we could swap it in quickly.

Yeah. I'll look at this. The parser sets an interval (perhaps via a  
timeout) for some reason, which keeps the wait() from completing. We  
may just need to figure out how/why/when to cancel the interval. (I  
want to see why the parser has one anyway ...)
