Hi,

I see a number of references to working with env.js with SpiderMonkey,
but I cannot find any in-depth explanation or even an explicit link to
a promising repository.  I'm probably missing something obvious, so
maybe an expert can explain the state of SpiderMonkey support and the
steps needed to get my own environment running.

I'm somewhat glued to SpiderMonkey because my host language is Common
Lisp, which has a much more evolved foreign function interface for C
than for Java.
