Yep, all you need are the EntombedWorld.dat and EntombedSave.sav files. I
prefer to zip them up elsewhere. Then when you want to go back to that other
game after the new is complete, just plop those two files back into the
saves folder.

You don't need these.
If you are playing in normal mode, this will work. but if you are playing in
hard mode, you will probably lose the original game.
