This afternoon, the California Supreme Court announced in the matter
of Marathon Entertainment v Rosa Blasi, the case was "ordered on
calendar to be argued on Tuesday, November 6, 2007, at 9:00am in
Sacramento.

The Court then has a maximum of 90 days to inform Marathon, and all
personal managers, whether the occupation is free of generations of
legal hell. If so, and I believe that the Court will find in our
favor, that from hereon managers will have the same right to
benefiting from their labors as every other American.
