Can anyone advise me if it is too late to submit paper to the
following conference?

The IEEE Technology Management Council presents
IEMC-China 2008 – a Management Track within ICC2008
Communications, Services, Knowledge and Engineering Management
May 19-23, 2008, Beijing, China
