I really like ENSIME, but in my experience its features lag behind the Eclipse plugin. For example, the last time I used ENSIME, the import resolution feature was a little broken. Is this a fair characterization? Are the projects sharing much code? Are the plugin people interested in supporting Emacs?

Finally, ENSIME's master branch hasn't been updated in a month, and the latest pre-built binary is 2 months old. What's the status of the project?

Unfortunately I don't have the time or resources (despite numerous, excellent community contributions) to compete with eclipse in features, stability, release frequency, etc. If those things are important to you I would encourage you to switch.

We do share a good deal of core code.

The status is what it is. I've been preoccupied for the last month or so.

Thanks for your interest : )
