HTML 5 doctype

Hi Christophe,

I'm happy to see that there's now support for the doctype inside a
template (I'm a little behind on your changes). One little issue when
using the HTML 5 doctype, which is simply:
<!DOCTYPE html>

it outputs:
<!DOCTYPE html SYSTEM "">

a change to emit-root should fix this, I took a crack at it here:
