I read your testimony and agree completely- particularly for caution in leaking methane from shale gas negating climate benefits and that it may be desirable and highly cost effective to use NG generation for peaking to supply small total fraction of renewable grid.
Since we agree heartily, I imagine that we are either substantially right or substantially wrong.
