Subject: Cerebral Aneurysms - Clip or Coil ?
Various studies eager to find the best answer to the dilemma of
everyday practice of cerebrovascular neurosurgery. ISAT is a brilliant
research study to aid in this crusade but rebleeding rates should be
considered as Mitchell et al, state at J Neurosurg 108:437-442, 2008.

What are your opinions ?

What would you like for your patients if both of these treatment
modalities (clipping and coilling) where applicable to your center by
skillful neurosurgeons ?
