getting tekken advance file into VGB

I try but i cannot get the tekken advance file into my VGB
emulator.Please help me with this for my s60e3 phone.

VGB only runs GameBoy, GameBoy Color, and Super GameBoy games. Tekken
Advance is a GameBoy Advance game. You will need VGBA to play it.
