[Android] VGBA 3.8.18: More New Cheats and Improved VBA Save Compatibility

Hello, All!
The new VGBA-Android 3.8.18 is out and can be found here:

In this version, I extended Cheatopedia, improved compatibility with
VBA savefiles, and somewhat relaxed the license check policy. Give it
a try and let me know if it is any better now.
FULL CHANGELIST:
* Added support for importing EEPROM save files from VBA.
* Fixed "Quit" option in the "Advanced" menu.
* Relaxed license check policies.
* Added Pokemon Red Rescue Team cheats to the Cheatopedia.
* Added many new Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green cheats to the
Cheatopedia.
