This is the limitation of your device hardware: it does not support more than two fingers for multitouch. My emulators have a workaround for this problem. Go into Settings->Edit Layout and adjust virtual buttons in such a way, that they overlap a little bit. Every time you touch the overlapped part, the emulator will register both buttons being pressed.
