Hello.
Thank you for your work!
I tried to use fMSX on SE P1i. The main problem is that ALT key is not
working. By default all the keys of P1i are alphabetic, and ALT key
enables to input digits.
Except this it work's fine, I was able to boot msx-dos, I can hear
sound.

Not much I can do: P1i simply does not have a real alphanumeric
keyboard. I suggest you enable virtual keyboard from the config menu
and use that, instead of the physical keyboard.
