It is possible, but not easy at the moment. You will have to go into
Advanced settings and export .sav file in the VBA format. Or email the
VBA author(s) and ask him to add the support for VGBA .sav files. :)

Either type the name of the file you would like to save (using virtual
keyboard if necessary) or select an existing file with arrows and
press FIRE-A to save into that existing file.

PS: As I have said before, exporting VBA savefiles is somewhat
complicated at the moment. If you cannot figure out how to do it, you
probably shouldn't.
