Since I am going for a bank loan and the application is reviewed by bank at this stage. I have informed them that the payments after the 20% intial payments will be done by bank.

I am planning to book 2 BHK and paying 5% today evening. While

possession is on March 2013.. are you all aware of this date?? what

I visited the site on Saturday , and observed in Tower 2 ,Celler 2 and 1 ceiling is completed, currently level zero/ground floor wall is 20-25% complete. The Club house missed my notice- I mean if anything was started it would have caught my observation. Yes, as u rightly pointed out the club house is the pain of majority of the projects. On the notification for payment, it is unwarranted that they asked for 2 payments of 5 pc each. If they delayed the notification for cellar 2, they should give some interval in asking for Cellar 1 and not ask a chunk. Infact on my inquiry did I come to know about cellar 2 payment notification, which I paid on Saturday.
Another note for Tower 1 flat owners, Emami is changing few or all 4 bed room flats to 3.5 bedroom flats and the cellar 2 for the same has started.
I have a feeling that the construction rate is fine, but we never know if it is good enough for mar 2013 delivery at this point.
