Health Support Practices And Resources     Version 2 of 4, edit by Yunijo Knownle, Nov 1 2006
  • Investigate maintaining causes
    • Diet assay -- Look into having food allergy testing done, either through blood testing or kinesiology.  Finding what foods you may be allergic to and being careful with their consumption can give significant lessening of overall sensitivity.
    • Health assay -- In addition to sensitivity to EM fields and EM radiation, a lot of ES people have multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS), or have had their immune systems chronically lowered through some other unidentified health issue like gluten intolerance.  Looking into various areas like these can give additional clues as to why you may be environmentally sensitive and how you can lower your exposure to things your body has a hard time with.
  • Diet and body-centric living practices
    • Sleep and exercise -- Getting enough sleep is very important.  Unfortunately, it can be a real difficulty to get the necessary rest one needs when having ES symptoms.  Environmental hygiene is key here so that your living space will support you as best as you can get it to do.  See Environmental hygiene
    • Diet modification -- Once diet and health assays are complete, diet modification is something many with environmental sensitivities must do.  Eating organic and switching from standard pasteurized dairy products to raw cow, goat, or sheep milk products can help a lot.
    • Detoxification regimes -- Many with ES have found they have a significant load of unhealthy substances in their bodies which need to be removed in a careful, systematic manner to achieve better health.  Heavy metals, especially mercury from dental amalgams, have been implicated in much of the anecdotal etiologies of ES.  To get help with cleansing your system, try reviewing the Cutler Method.  Products like NDF are also very helpful here.
    • Supplements -- You're going to need these to help replenish the stuff your body is lacking as well as give it a better chance to heal and strengthen itself.  Methylcobalamin, a very bio-useful form of vitamin B12, is showing great promise in mitigating symptoms and returning health to electrosensitives.
  • Experimental mitigators -- Some with ES find devices like those below of real benefit, far outside the realm of placebo effect to explain.  This non-exhaustive list is provided as a springboard for experimentation and does not represent advocacy of these products.
    • Aulterra neutralizer, Bioprotect card, Bioshield, Q-Link, pulsors, SpringLife ‘polarizers’, quantum home, etc.
    • Frequency therapy: QXCI, Rife machines
  • Psycho-social health practices -- It is important to try staying connected to the larger whole and one's self.  This list is just to serve as a reminder and suggestion of things one can do to improve mental well-being and provide further equipping to help one's self.
    • Relaxation, meditation -- Tai Chi, Vipassana, Pranayama, etc.
    • Networking, self-education -- It's very important to become as versed as you can in the information around health and ES to give yourself a leg up, so to speak.  And we can all use each other's knowledge to push forward toward public awareness, promotion of ES recognition, and maybe even cure.
    • Socializing -- Isolation is a real issue for electrosensitives (and environmental sensitives in general).  Try to keep the channels open, stay in touch with family and friends, and get out when and where you can.
