	All - Has anyone on the list gone through the refinance process for their unit? I've jumped through hoops with several loan officers and they all eventually hit dead ends. Ely Walker Residents - As you may, or may not, have seen by now - the front lobby door is broken, and will not automatically close. 	Has anyone heard about the possibility of getting recycling bins in the building? It seems like it would be a good way to minimize our dumpster and chute problems... and also good for the environment.
