Elistic first appeared back in 2005 as an experimental "social list
manager" that was interesting, but really had little practical use.

I'm pleased to say that I've been working on repurposing Elistic as a
social link-listing site that incorporates a star-rating system and
personalized recommendations engine, along with a spirit of openness
and an enthusiasm to evolve with Elistic's user community that I hope
will set it apart from similar sites.

Elistic is still in the very earliest stages of development, so there
