I'm getting an error message that I _think has only appeared since I
installed the latest Tap.Tools - I see

message: no such object

when I first launch Max. Anyone else seeing this?

Hi David,

Sounds interesting.  What versions are you using (OS, Max, Tap.Tools, etc.)?  Any other system details that might be relevant?
Thanks,

Tried to reply directly to this twice, but it bounced back. So here's
another attempt directly on the site ...

OSX 10.5.6
Max 5.0.6
TapTools 3.0.1 pro
Eejies 2.0b1
Max Toolbox b13

I'm not exactly clear when the message started showing up, but I
_think_ it was after the 3.0.1 update

I don't see any way that it could be Tap.Tools, but I could also have
overlooked something... I also recommend updating to Max 5.0.7 from
Max 5.0.6 -- Max 5.0.7 launches much faster. In Max 5.0.7 you can
also work with no problems or sluggishness when the "Harvesting
Metadata" progress bar appears, which is a big benefit if you
searchpath is constantly changing (as mine is).

best,
Tim

OK, no problem. If it bothers me I'll try removing some of the other
3Party stuff.

Had already done, but forgot when I repasted the mail I've been
attempting too send for ages :-)

thanks
