fscommand disabled in IE10 by default

Just in case anyone hasn't heard this yet - but IE10 disables fscommand when it's in IE10 'standards mode'.
The fix is either to switch to ExternalInterface - or to set IE10 to 'emulate IE9' which can be done either by adding a X-UA-Compatible meta tag to your page(s) or at the server config level.
Particularly affects anyone producing SCORM courses in Flash that have to support flash player 6 or 7.
