Thanks Philip and Ray,
I'm in total agreement about the efficacy of requiring "timed"
trainings, however, the lawyers in my legal department feel otherwise.
I'm always reminded of the Ludovico technique used on Malcolm
McDowell's character in A Clockwork Orange to create his aversion to
violence.
Looks like I'll do it in timed segments in Flash. Just seems like a
lot of work for very little payoff.
Appreciate the feedback. If anyone comes up with other ideas, let me
know. Thanks!
