Our focus is on empowering NGO's (non-profit organizations) to develop and manage poultry projects in the developing world.  The Egg Module provides a dynamic business plan that details the establishment and operation of small scale chicken egg production businesses in the developing world.  Many times our partners already have some sort of poultry operation, our resources can help benchmark your operations performance and provide training.
