1. We have figured out a governance model and two newly elected two postions. Details about the model and duties(thanks Nate for taking notes):

2. There is a call for useful projects to be added to the Educoder Github; libraries, frameworks, utilities etc... that eduCoders have developed from projects that could be useful to others. The project should be modular and have a open source licence to be usable for everyone.
