Anyways ask to talk to supervisor and just tell them straight. You guys lied
to me, I don't care if the guy did quit. He was representing you and I want
you to honor this or give me something else as compensation. Or simply leave
shaw like you had planned it. Shaw does not lock you on contracts anyways.
But really, the way to get free stuff is by bitching. It pissed me off how
customers always got shit for free, they would bitch to me. I would say no.
It would escalate to my supervisor and he would say no but if you escalate
it further you can get pretty much what you want.
