I see these on Amazon.com and eBay, but haven't seen any in Canada for
retail purchase. Has anyone seen one of these locally for purchase?

Don't they have a couple of Kiosks that sell those at WEM? One is
located right in front of Wireless Wave by the skating rink and the
other is right by the Rogers Shop by Cinnemon Bun place in Phase 3.
