Our next door neighbors are throwing their furnature over on our driveway
and backyard area (apartment building area) and they refuse to remove it or
keep it on their property. Is there anything i can do about this?

Throw it all back.
Put in security camera. Put up sign about camera.
Charge them.

Call the city. Or get some friends together. Get drunk.
Pick up said furniture and toss it through their front window.
Then jump in and smash their heads in.

I had a neighbour trim his trees along the property line and he left a lot
of large branches in my yard. We called the police and inquired as to any
law being infringed upon and they said there was one. They can be charged,
but I don't recall the exact name of the offence.

I have the same problem with a auto shop across my back alley, people dump
furnature there because they have a bin, then the auto shop dumps it against
my back fence, then i go and dump it in front of thier entrance, this
happens every few months.

City Bylaw enforcement......discrete wireless webcam surveillance would help
too. Pretty cheap to get and set up. Decent security to have as well, since
it can be accessed by you from anywhere when set up properly and securely. I
used to live next to some people who set a system up and left it wide open
and unsecured, along with their router and shared network home system
drives. Not smart.

Obviously you witnessed this happen or you wouldn't have known it was
them. Why don't you just politely knock on their door and make it
known, they will probably be embarrassed and pick it up. If that fails
seek other options, but this would be the normal approach.

been next door and the manager said it was not any of his tenants and its
the people across the street (no ones lived there for over a month)
So i put it all in the middle where it bothers no one but next day its all
back over on our property. I was told that i can not do anything legally
unless i know the exact person doing it.
