Good evening, Edibles.

Hoping that you are all enjoying the weather quite as much as we are over here.  Life is good, the sun's been out, and things are growing visibly it seems.  Spring has sprung indeed.  Here at Eco we have some extra red raspberry canes that we'd love to donate to your garden.  Ours are huge!  Come by Eco after 1pm on Saturday and I can help you dig them up for your garden.  (Better yet, come volunteer in the morning and we'll head upstairs after we're done to get a bit dirty!)

Farmer availabilities this week boast purple and green asparagus, as well as the bounteous greens that wet and chilly spring provides.  We hope you've been enjoying the ramps- they're such a delicacy!
