Dear Folks,

I have a couple of links below for a treasure-trove of herb infused
recipes from Martha Stewart. I was going to try and find just a few
and give you the links, but seriously that is like trying to pick out
my favorite herb!

First up is herb infused 'foods'

Next is herb infused 'drinks/beverages'

Gardening:

I hope you are able to continue planting your favorite greens and root
vegetables along with some cilantro, dill etc.

These well-loved edibles can be successively sown through January for
a continuous crop.

Don't forget some sugar peas and maybe some green beans. The sugar
peas in particular are some of my favorite in the winter garden - as
long as you keep them harvested they will produce for weeks/months.

Old Time Radio

While cooking up good things in the kitchen purchase and play some of
the wonderful old time radio shows on my one of my favorite sites.

Jon over at Otrcat old time radio has the most incredible collection
of mp3 programs - thousands - spanning every one of the popular shows
of radio before TV took over everyone's mind.

Listening to old time radio is no different than downloading your
favorite music and for a lot of these shows I think they are more
enjoyable!

When you click on a subject - you will be taken to a screen where you
can usually listen to a sample. (IDisclaimer: if you purchase
anything on Jon's site through the link below I get a small credit.)

The Christmas Comedy collection has a "Jack Benny Christmas" - Benny
who always used his 'skin-flint' persona for laughs was in fact known
to be a generous guy.

I hope you enjoy finding new recipes and maybe finding some favorite
old time radio programs to listen to while trying them out.

Have a great and safe week,

Be safe out there and be kind,

Catherine
