Anyone interested in a face painter in the Edinburgh/Lothians area or
further afield for parties, corporate events etc.

http://www.siliconglen.com/joscelin/face-painting.html
Google: "Face painting Scotland"

Joscelin works with up to two other face painters depending on the size
of the event.

One of the curses of modern life, along with juggling, unicycling and
heritage interpretation centres.

It is usually free for the people getting their faces painted.

Given that Craig's sig appears to point to advice on stopping spam,
it's somewhat hypocritical of him to be spamming usenet himself. Common
practice among the spammers these days though.

What's the advice on his website, 'killfile Craig Cockburn'?

The New Statesman once ran a competition for the most unappealing
advert possible. One of the winners was "Acne? Halitosis? Dandruff?
Apply now for free samples."

I think spam for a facepainter may beat that ...

You would think Internet pioneers would be above such larks.

I'd like to paint your face with my spunk.

Would you like that?

Perhaps he could sort us out a green card, if we asked nicely?

PS Where can I get my hands on a recent edition of "Email Addresses
of the Rich and Famous"?

Well it'd be better than a green face.

But for once, I'm going to stand up for Craig here -- it's hardly as if
he's promoting Viagra or Dutch lesbian face-painting videos.

Unlike face painting, these things hardly rank among the great
scourges of civilisation. It's a grave lapse against taste, and people
of culture should stand up against it.

Indeed -

Nothing wrong with directors depicting women with gay leanings and an
artistic bent, or indeed bent women with artistic leanings for that
matter. It's just a question of where the brushes strokes go.
