It should work on localhost (it does for me). We're seeing some
oddities in some versions of Firefox, but they're completely
intermittent. Can you run visit test.ecsstender.org a few times in
your version of Firefox and see if it always comes back with 40 tests
passed? Some times it seems to stall part way through... we're working
on it.
