iOS equivalent

Hey guys,

I love the plugin for the android here, but is there an equivalent for
iphone development? I need to duplicate my QR scanning app for the
android.

Hi,

There's no iPhone Eclipse plugin. The AppLaud Android Eclipse plug-in relies a lot upon Google's ADT Eclipse plugin. There is no equivalent for iPhone.

Note, that all of the Eclipse code is open source and I'd be happy to help anyone interested in making an iOS Eclipse plug-in.

Also, the story is different for Applaud Cloud. We'll likely add iPhone support to it later this year.

You should read the Phonegap ios documentation - you can create an xcode project via command line. From there open in xcode and drop in your project files. Phonegap used to be plugin-like quite a few versions ago but no longer. Even now its not too difficult, its just a few minutes of reading the docs to get started.

Thanks for your reply. I was interested in getting to know if I can make the QR scanning to work same way as in Android. Cause the plugin is in Java.
