Preliminary Juno Support (eclimd headed mode only)

I know at least a few people have been eager for Juno support, so I
wanted to let you all know that I've created a branch on github[1]
which adds preliminary support for Juno (Eclipse 4.2). Please note
that headless eclimd support does *not* currently work, so if you want
to use Juno now, you'll have to settle for headed mode until I can get
enough time to wrap my head around this whole new e4 framework.

Aside from headless mode, everything else should be working, but if
you encounter problems, please let me know.
