Lunafest is coming to El Cerrito High!

Dear Students, Faculty and Families of ECHS,

I would like to invite you to join us for LUNAFEST East Bay 2012 on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the El Cerrito High School Performing Arts Center. This will be our second year at El Cerrito High School! We are excited to be donating 25% of the proceeds from this event to the ECHS Media Academy and hope you'll join us for this truly memorable evening. 

You will view nine new amazing short films that celebrate the unique, touching and inspirational roles of women in our local, national and international communities.  This nationwide annual film festival, now in its 11th year, is dedicated to building community through the power of film and the power of story.   

We hope that you will also consider joining us for a private reception before the show at the home of Joann Steck-Bayat, just two minutes from the theater, and catered by the fabulous Elevation 66.

9:30pm – Discussion Panel with director of "Lady Razorbacks”, Laura Green and Jenni Nelson, director of "Tightly Knit” (from Lunafest 2011) with knitter Michael Wade.
