Attention Gaucho Senior Families

If your student purchased a ticket for Grad Night, the committee wants to remind you about the plans for our safe and sober celebration.  

Graduation is at 12:30 pm this Saturday June 8th and students can spend time with their families until 9:30 pm when the return to the school for a pre-party and check-in for the chartered buses to Disneyland.  Pre-party doors open at 9:30 – with fun food, carnival games, dancing and a DJ, photo booths, airbrush tattoo artists, basketball, beach volleyball, pool, ping pong and more!  

Students MUST check in by 11pm to go to Disneyland, but get there early to enjoy the fun with your classmates!  PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR STUDENT ID -- you can't check in without it.  

At midnight students will check out to board the buses. They arrive at Disneyland the morning of Sunday, June 9^th, enjoy the day in the park until closing and reboard the buses to arrive back at school in the early morning on Monday.  The buses will arrive back at the gym and your student can keep you updated as to our exact arrival time.

IMPORTANT THINGS FOR YOUR SENIOR TO KNOW AND BRING

1.  Wear comfortable shoes!

2.  Sunscreen

3.  Layers of clothing - it will be cool in the morning when we arrive, very warm during the day, and cool again at night.  Please plan accordingly. 

4. A backpack or other bag for the things you want to keep with you while in the park.  You can bring other things (like a small pillow)  and leave them on the bus but you will not have access to the  buses once we arrive in Disneyland.  

5. A water bottle and some snacks for the bus -- we will provide a box breakfast once we arrive in Disneyland and a snack for the ride home.  But if you think you will want something on the bus ride down, please plan ahead.

6.  Any medications you may need such as an asthma inhaler.  

7. Your cellphone fully charged.  It is not likely you will be able to charge your phone during the trip so plan ahead.

8. Money for food or other items you might want to purchase while in the park.

9.  YOUR STUDENT ID -- You can't check in and go to Disneyland without it.
