Last ECHS PTSA meeting Mon 5/14 - Celebration of School Volunteers, Elections, Year-End Wrap Up

Dear ECHS Parents, Students, Teachers, and ECHS Community,

Please plan to attend our last ECHS PTSA general meeting of the school year this coming Monday, May 14th from 7-9 pm in the ECHS library (2nd floor, admin/theater bldg).

 

We will be electing and recruiting new officers and chairs, having a year-end report of PTSA activities and purchases, find out what's on deck for the coming year, honor our 2011-12 parent and community school volunteers, and find out why ECHS parents should be concerned about passing Measure K.  Great refreshments will be served!  You do not need to be a current  PTSA member to attend.  Incoming freshman parents are especially encouraged to attend.

7:00 Greetings, introduction of current PTSA officers and Committee Chairs, year-end progress report, outstanding business

 

7:15 Introduction of candidates for 2012-13 PTSA Executive Officers and Committee Chairs and election

 

7:40 Measure K: Why Its Passage is Critical for our ECHS Community

 

8:00 Celebration of ECHS Volunteers: "On the Spot, Year After Year" -- this is your chance to acknowledge volunteers like Todd Groves, our Ed Fund Distinguished Citizen of the Year, if you can't go to the Ed Fund Gala, our Writer Coaches, and SAF and PTSA project leads
