Dear ECCC,
The season is 5 weeks away.  That means it is time to start thinking about housing for the races.  This email is directed at all of you who need housing.  A separate email will go to the promoter's listserv asking them to get volunteers to provide housing.  I'll be coordinating the housing all season as best as I can.  If there are any questions, please email me.  

The system this year is going to work as follows, if you need housing for a race, please fill out the form at [1] by the Friday 4 weeks in advance of the race that you'd like housing for.  Please do your best as team captains/travel coordinators to estimate your housing needs this far in advance so that teams can plan ahead.  If we do this, I will aim to get back to you within a week as to whether or not their is availability.  See the calendar below as to those dates.

Please note, as an addition to the housing system this year, we are allowing promoters to request that if your team is housed at their race, that you marshall a certain number of slots.  We are recommending one hour per person housed.

I look forward to seeing all of you out there and I hope we can meet all of your housing needs this year.
