Although the promoters are recruiting hosts, anyone is free to join
in.  I encourage all riders on teams putting on a race, or even just
located near a race, to step up and encourage people to host.

Meeting people through the host housing program was consistently one
of the best experiences I had racing and certainly helped us bring
more people to more races, so I strongly urge promoters to actually do
a good job with this, and teams to make use of it.
