v2.2.0 Released

I have released version 2.2.0.

The most interesting addition is support for batch lazy loading and "query joins".  This is useful from a performance perspective in a number of scenarios ... multiple OneToMany's, using maxRows and joining to a OneToMany etc.

Quite a few bugs fixed as well.
