Hello All!
First let me briefly explain my inquiry. I am currently attending Berkeley College in Woodbridge NJ, and I will be graduating in April of 2010. One of the requirements for graduation is to have 300 hours of internship in my respective field from January 4th to March 26, 2010 (a twelve week period). My degree will be - AAS in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding.

Hi All,
?? I cleaned up my garden about a month ago turned the soil put down butcher paper with mulch over it. I put holes in the paper for kale, brocoli, bak choy, chard and brussels sprouts. I replanted my peppers and replanted beets that were too small a month ago. I stopped by one time a week later and did not return till yesterday.There were no weeds the bak choy was full size we picked brocoli leaves ( there were no florets) They were boiled and then sauted with onions olive oil and a piece of tomato.Most of the peppers were ripe. I guess it rained enough to keep things going. Several beets were now edible size. I noticed several people had peas coming in .Its cooler you don't have to water or weed. If more plants were available at lower prices. this would be the best time to plant!!. Tony
